Overview

The MSO5104HD is a 1 GHz 4-channel 12-bit bench oscilloscope with a 10.1-inch capacitive touchscreen. It samples at 5 GSa/s with 500 Mpts memory depth and captures waveforms at up to 1,500,000 wfms/s using Ultra Phosphor 3.0 display technology.
