The MSO5000HD-I3C adds I3C (MIPI I3C) protocol triggering, decoding, and search to your MSO5000HD Series oscilloscope — the next-gen sensor bus replacing I2C with speeds up to 12.5 MHz, in-band interrupts, and dynamic addressing on two wires.
Emerging in mobile, IoT, and automotive sensors where I2C is too slow and SPI uses too many pins. Essential decode for I3C bring-up and validation. The option is enabled by a software license keyed to the oscilloscope's serial number and is permanent for the life of the instrument.
