30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all original accessories and manuals, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Damaged Items: If your item is defective, damaged, or if we shipped you the wrong item, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
- Non-Defective Returns: For returns due to customer preference (changed mind, ordered wrong item, doesn't meet expectations), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is being made in connection with an exchange or replacement order.
Restocking Fees
Depending on the condition of the returned item, we reserve the right to impose a restocking fee of up to 15%. Restocking fees may apply if:
- Original packaging is damaged or missing
- Item is missing accessories, manuals, or components
- Item shows signs of use beyond inspection
- Item cannot be resold as new
No restocking fee will be charged on defective or damaged items, or items we shipped in error. Items returned in unopened, original condition will not be subject to a restocking fee.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at Support@uni-trendus.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Software products β All software sales are final and non-cancellable/non-returnable
- Clearance, closeout, or items marked as "Final Sale"
- Gift cards
- Opened personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Items that have been damaged, modified, or altered by the customer
- Custom or special order items

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We will provide prepaid return shipping for direct exchanges.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Any applicable restocking fees will be deducted from your refund amount.

Product Warranties
