Shipping Destinations
We ship to addresses in the United States and Canada.
Free Shipping Offer
Free ground shipping is offered on orders totaling over $399. This only applies to orders shipping within the contiguous United States (CONUS). Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.) will need to pay for shipping.
Shipping Carriers
We offer shipping via United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), and FedEx. If you wish to use another service or provide your own shipping account number (UPS or FedEx), please contact us at Support@uni-trendus.com before making a purchase.
Shipping Methods
Available shipping methods vary by carrier and may include:
- Ground shipping (5–7 business days)
- 2-Day shipping
- Overnight/Next Day shipping
Actual delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier availability.
International Shipping (Canada)
We ship to Canadian addresses. Please note:
- Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
- Customs and duties are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
- Delivery times typically range from 7–14 business days depending on customs clearance.
- All prices are in USD.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees.
Canadian Customs Information
When shipping to Canada, orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs brokerage fees. These charges are assessed by Canadian customs and collected by the carrier. The recipient is responsible for paying these additional charges. Refusal of shipment due to customs charges does not waive customer responsibility for these fees.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of order placement. Processing time may be longer during peak seasons or for special order items. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package through the carrier's website (USPS.com, UPS.com, or FedEx.com) or your account page at Account.Uni-TrendUS.com.
Shipping Address Requirements
- We cannot ship to PO Boxes for FedEx or UPS shipments. USPS can deliver to PO Boxes.
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at Support@uni-trendus.com. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it: check with neighbors and household members, check all potential delivery locations at your address, and contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. If the package cannot be located after 48 hours, contact us at Support@uni-trendus.com.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged: document the damage with photos (both packaging and product), contact us immediately at Support@uni-trendus.com, and do not discard the packaging — the carrier may need to inspect it. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve any shipping issues.
Order Splitting
If you order multiple items, they may ship separately depending on warehouse location and availability. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
Custom or Special Shipping Requests
For special shipping requirements, including use of your own shipping account, specific delivery instructions, expedited international shipping, or large/bulk orders, please contact us at Support@uni-trendus.com before placing your order.
