Overview
The MSO5000HD-MIL1553 adds MIL-STD-1553 protocol triggering, decoding, and search to your MSO5000HD Series oscilloscope — the primary command/response bus for military avionics, weapons systems, and spacecraft.
Operating at 1 Mbit/s over redundant twisted pair, 1553 is in virtually every military aircraft. Protocol-level visibility overlaid on the electrical waveform for debugging timing and signal integrity simultaneously.

- 1553 Triggering — Trigger on command/status/data words, RT addresses, subaddresses, or errors.
- Command/Response Decoding — Decoded transactions on the waveform — command word, status word, data words with RT address and word count.
- Response Time Measurement — Measures RT response time for compliance verification (4-12 µs requirement).
