MSO5000HD Oscilloscopes

The MSO5000HD line is a 3-SKU 12-bit mixed-signal oscilloscope series covering 350 MHz, 500 MHz, and 1 GHz bandwidth at 4 analog channels plus 16 integrated logic channels. All three models share 5 GSa/s sample rate, 500 Mpts memory depth, and a 10.1-inch capacitive multi-touch display. 12-bit vertical resolution at gigahertz bandwidth serves power-integrity, signal-integrity, and high-resolution embedded debug work where 8-bit quantization buries the detail. Base configuration covers digital oscilloscope, 16-channel logic analyzer, digital voltmeter, frequency counter, and protocol analyzer. Beyond the base instrument, the MSO5000HD uses a lifetime-unlock option architecture — every option is a one-time purchase, permanently activated to the instrument. The AWG license adds a 50 MHz 2-channel arbitrary waveform generator with Bode plot. The PWR license adds advanced power analysis for ripple, harmonics, and switching-loss measurement. The TIMING license adds advanced timing analysis. Bus-decode licenses cover automotive (CAN-FD, CAN-XL, FlexRay, LIN, SENT), aerospace (MIL-STD-1553, ARINC429), and embedded (I3C, 1-Wire, Manchester, Audio) protocols. Bandwidth upgrade licenses raise the analog bandwidth tier up to 1 GHz across the 350 MHz and 500 MHz base models.
