MSO6000HDP Oscilloscopes

The MSO6000HDP line is a 2-SKU 12-bit mixed-signal oscilloscope series: the MSO6104HDP at 1 GHz and the MSO6204HDP at 2 GHz, each with 4 analog channels plus 16 digital channels. Both share a 10 GSa/s interleaved sample rate (5 GSa/s non-interleaved), 500 Mpts per channel with all four channels on (1 Gpts on a single channel), 800,000 wfms/s capture (2,000,000 in sequence mode) and a 12.1-inch 1280 × 800 capacitive touch display. Base configuration covers the oscilloscope, the logic analyzer (with the UT-M15 probe, Optional) and RS-232/UART, I²C, SPI and I3C decode. Every other capability is a one-time, lifetime license: jitter and eye diagram analysis; USB 2.0, 100BASE-TX and 1000BASE-T compliance analysis; a dual-channel arbitrary waveform generator with Bode plot; power analysis; timing analysis; bus decode for automotive (CAN, CAN-FD, CAN-XL, LIN, FlexRay, SENT), aerospace (MIL-STD-1553, ARINC 429) and embedded (Audio, Manchester, 1-Wire) protocols; and a bandwidth upgrade that takes the MSO6104HDP to 2 GHz.

12-Bit Mixed-Signal at 1 GHz and 2 GHz

The MSO6000HDP series brings 12-bit mixed-signal measurement to 1 GHz and 2 GHz. Both models share a 10 GSa/s sample rate (5 GSa/s non-interleaved), 500 Mpts per channel with all four channels on (1 Gpts on a single channel), 800,000 wfms/s capture (2,000,000 wfms/s in sequence mode), 4 analog plus 16 digital channels (digital channels with the UT-M15 logic probe, Optional) and a 12.1-inch 1280 × 800 capacitive touch display.

Which One Fits Your Work?

MSO6104HDP

1 GHz for power integrity, embedded debug and serial buses. The bandwidth upgrade license (Optional) takes it to 2 GHz later.

MSO6204HDP

2 GHz for faster edges, jitter and eye-diagram work, and USB 2.0 compliance testing, which needs at least 2 GHz. On the MSO6104HDP, USB 2.0 compliance needs the bandwidth upgrade first.

Where It Fits

The MSO5000HD tops out at 1 GHz and 5 GSa/s. The MSO8000HD starts at 5 GHz and 20 GSa/s. The MSO6000HDP covers the 1 to 2 GHz range between them.

The UPO6000HD has 6 or 8 analog channels of 12-bit acquisition on a 12.1-inch bench display, up to 1 GHz.
