Six or Eight 12-Bit Channels on One Bench

The UPO6000HD series puts 6 or 8 analog channels behind a 12-bit ADC at 350 MHz, 500 MHz or 1 GHz. All six models share a 5 GSa/s sample rate (2.5 GSa/s non-interleaved), 500 Mpts of memory per channel, 500,000 wfms/s capture (1,000,000 wfms/s in sequence mode) and a 12.1-inch 1280 × 800 capacitive touch display. Choose the channel count first, then the bandwidth. A bandwidth upgrade license (Optional) can raise a 350 MHz or 500 MHz model to 1 GHz later.

Which One Fits Your Work?

Six Channels

Three-phase inverters and motor drives, where you want three phase voltages and three phase currents on one time base.

Eight Channels

Multi-rail power sequencing and supervision, three-phase work with the DC bus and a gate signal alongside, and wide analog captures that would otherwise need two 4-channel scopes.

Need Logic Channels?

The UPO6000HD is analog-only. For 16 digital channels at 12-bit, look at the MSO5000HD (to 1 GHz) or MSO6000HDP (1 or 2 GHz).

Need It in a Rack?

The UPO6000LP carries 4 or 8 channels of the same 12-bit acquisition in a 1U chassis with no display, controlled over LAN.

Options

Options are one-time lifetime licenses activated on the instrument. Base configuration includes RS-232/UART, I²C and SPI decode.

Power analysis: UPO6000HD-PWR, including three-phase power analysis
Timing analysis: UPO6000HD-TIMING
Serial bus decode: automotive (UPO6000HD-AUTO: CAN, CAN-FD, LIN, FlexRay, SENT), aerospace (MIL-STD-1553, ARINC 429), audio and Manchester, or all of them as UPO6000HD-BND
Bandwidth: 350 MHz to 500 MHz, 350 MHz to 1 GHz, 500 MHz to 1 GHz
