MSO6000HDP options: a 1 GHz to 2 GHz bandwidth upgrade, jitter and eye diagram analysis, USB 2.0, 100BASE-TX and 1000BASE-T Ethernet compliance analysis, a dual-channel arbitrary waveform generator with Bode plot, power analysis, timing analysis, and serial bus trigger and decode for automotive, aerospace, audio and embedded protocols (CAN, CAN-FD, CAN-XL, LIN, FlexRay, SENT, MIL-STD-1553, ARINC 429, Audio, Manchester, 1-Wire), sold individually or as the AUTO and BND bundles. Twenty-one options in all, each a one-time license activated on the instrument.
