Overview
The MSO8000HD-I3C adds I3C (MIPI I3C) protocol triggering, decoding, and search to your MSO8000HD Series oscilloscope — the next-gen sensor bus replacing I2C with speeds up to 12.5 MHz, in-band interrupts, and dynamic addressing on two wires.
Emerging in mobile, IoT, and automotive sensors where I2C is too slow and SPI uses too many pins. Essential decode for I3C bring-up and validation. The option is enabled by a software license keyed to the oscilloscope's serial number and is permanent for the life of the instrument.

Should I buy this individually or get a bundle?
If you only need I3C, the individual license covers exactly that protocol. The BND bundle includes every protocol in the series.
How is this option activated?
The option is enabled by a software license keyed to the oscilloscope's serial number. After purchase, the license is registered on the UNI-T website to generate the license file, which is then loaded onto the instrument from a USB drive through the option-install menu.
