Passive Probes

Passive oscilloscope probes use a resistive divider to attenuate input voltage at the probe tip, the standard accessory for most digital signal measurements where bandwidth and capacitive loading are within tolerance. The line covers 13 models across general-purpose 10:1 probes from 25 MHz to 500 MHz, high-precision variants for benchtop scopes, and high-voltage probes reaching 2 kV peak at 100:1 to 1000:1 ratios. Compensation adjustment is user-accessible on all models.
