Differential Probes
Differential oscilloscope probes measure floating signals safely by sensing voltage between two points without grounding either, the required tool for power-electronics work, motor drives, and any measurement where neither test point is at ground. The line covers six models across 50 MHz to 120 MHz bandwidth at attenuation ratios from 10:1 to 1000:1, with peak differential voltage ranges up to 7 kV on the UT-P32 high-voltage variant.
