Active Probes

Active oscilloscope probes use a built-in amplifier to deliver high bandwidth at very low capacitive loading, the right choice for clean signal capture on fast digital and RF designs where a passive probe would distort the measurement. The line covers four models — UT-PA1000 and UT-PA2000 single-ended at 1 GHz and 2 GHz, UT-PD1500 and UT-PD2500 differential at 1.5 GHz and 2.5 GHz — for high-speed embedded and power-electronics work.
