Overview

The USG3000-GPIB unlocks the built-in IEEE 488.2 GPIB interface on the RF signal generator for remote control and automation from GPIB-based test systems and ATE platforms. The GPIB hardware is already fitted in the instrument; the option is a software license that enables it, keyed to the RF signal generator's serial number and permanent for the life of the instrument.
