Please read these Official Rules carefully. By entering, you agree to be bound by these Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Giveaway.

1. Sponsor. This giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Uni-Trend Technology (America), Inc. ("UNI-T," "Sponsor," "we," or "us"), operating the website uni-trendus.myshopify.com (the "Site").

2. Eligibility. The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, suppliers, and advertising or promotional agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each, are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Giveaway Period. The Giveaway begins on the date entries are first accepted on the Site and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on June 30, 2026 (the "Giveaway Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Giveaway.

4. How to Enter. During the Giveaway Period, visit the Site and complete the entry form by submitting a valid email address. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address for the entire Giveaway Period. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or submitted by anyone other than the entrant, or that use multiple email addresses, identities, or any automated system to enter, will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or undelivered entries.

5. Prize. One (1) winner will receive a UNI-T UPO1154HD digital storage oscilloscope (the "Prize"). Approximate retail value ("ARV"): USD $549.00. Prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, by Sponsor (outside of any manufacturer's standard warranty that may accompany the Prize). No cash or other substitution, assignment, or transfer of the Prize is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Prize will be shipped to a valid U.S. mailing address only. All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs or expenses associated with acceptance or use of the Prize not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. Winner Selection and Notification. On or about July 7, 2026, one (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by email at the address provided on the entry form. The potential winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and (where lawful) a publicity release within seven (7) days of notification. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days of the first notification attempt, fails to return the required documents within the specified time period, is found to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Rules, the Prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected from the remaining eligible entries.

7. Privacy. Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available on the Site. By entering, you consent to Sponsor's collection and use of your email address for purposes of administering the Giveaway and, if you have opted in, for marketing communications from UNI-T. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any such email.

8. General Conditions. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Release. By entering, each entrant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of the Prize, including but not limited to personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.

10. Disputes; Governing Law. Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Giveaway, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the United States. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the United States, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
