No documentation

The unit itself is very good, but doesn't come with documents or a user manual. The tiny pamphlet says for you to go on the Uni-T website, which at the time of this review, isn't working. You get the main page but no links are working at all. The site doesn't even mention the UTG932E as existing. No contact information is on the website either. Very frustrated.

UPDATE! Uni-T reached out to me with useful links so I could register my unit and get the manual. Very nice and very helpful.

The website I went to was the one printed on the leaflet included with the generator. Something isn't right with it.

Thank you for your thoughtful review. Due to printing and mailing costs, the company has, like many others, gone mostly paperless.
I am not sure which website you are referring to. You ordered from the US website, so that 'site' certainly mentions the product and we have our phone number at the top and bottom of every page. If you are referring to the HQ website (https://instruments.uni-trend.com/products/waveform-generators/UTG900E) there is alist of models in the UTG900E series on that page. There is also a link on that page to Manual, which will have to user manual, datasheet and other documents. The same is true for the webpage on the US website (which has pages for every product, not combo, like the HQ site): https://uni-trendus.com/collections/utg900e/products/utg932e-30mhz-2ch-classic-series-arbitrary-waveform-generator. Our page has a Documents tab, which will link you to the same resouces as on the HQ site.
