Overview

The MSO3054X is a 500 MHz 4-channel nine-in-one oscilloscope platform that integrates a digital oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, protocol analyzer, arbitrary waveform generator, digital voltmeter, frequency counter, Bode plot analyzer, power analyzer, and pattern generator into a single 10.1-inch touchscreen instrument. It samples at 5 GSa/s with 500 Mpts memory depth and captures waveforms at up to 2,000,000 wfms/s using Ultra Phosphor 3.0 display technology.

Embedded serial protocols (RS-232, UART, I²C, SPI, RS-422, RS-485) are included standard. Automotive protocols (CAN, CAN-FD, FlexRay, SENT, Audio, MIL-STD-1553, ARINC 429, Manchester) and the AWG, logic analyzer, and power analysis functions are available as optional software licenses.
