Overview
1 GHz active single-ended oscilloscope probe with ≤1.3 pF input capacitance and ±4V dynamic range. Designed for high-speed digital and RF signal integrity measurements on UNI-T MSO/UPO oscilloscopes. Connects to UNI-T oscilloscopes and other oscilloscopes via BNC.
